I've been doing those exercises for quite some time now. I did see some gains but the more the better. Which manual stretches have work for you guys the most. I know everyone will gain from different exercises but I just want to know which exercises I should incorporate into my routine. Currently I'm doing BTC, DLD Blasters, Mandingo V-stretch, sock stretches that pretty much it. Oh and some hanging with some called a Captain's Wench. I'm not sure if you guys have heard of it. I'm from california bro. ANy insight on how to become much more efficient with my pe would be great. Thanks GUys
