i've been doing a 10minute set of these every other day and all i can say is WOW. i've been Penis Enlargementing for a little over 2 years now and doing these made me think,'what the hell have i been doing this whole time?' these stretches make pretty much all other stretches seem like warm-ups to me! talk about intense!

i remember trying these here and there a while ago, but i stopped out of fear of injuring myself from such powerful stretching. coming back to them now definitely feels like a much needed boost of intensity, and i can tell my ruler will start shrinking again any day now.

i am only doing one10-minute set of these along with a few other sets of double-bundled 'A's and rotaries every other day, and the only reason i am not doin more is they're WORKIN my hands and arms!

just thought i'd share, for anyone looking to up the intensity of their routine. anyone else have any experience with these? cheers!
 
I tried these a few months ago, but I had the feeling that only my skin was stretched... they are intense, indeed, but it's a hell of pain - maybe the most painful exercise out there. I prefer doing regular stretches, that get me nice gains and no pain :)
 
asteraki, you shouldn't feel any pain doing these, except your forearms burning from the strain. something must be wrong- one hand gripping the base, one around below the glans and the base pulls towards you, glans away from you, and alternate, yes?
 
Hmm yes I just tried it this way, but I have the impression that the intensity is mainly superficial and targeting the nerves, because I know from other tunica stretches that the feeling is more dull than painful. But hey, if it works for you that's great, to each his own I guess ;)

i was just gonna mention this to asteraki, if you're not feeling these stretches, try a few bundled, THAT should do the trick.
 
my hands never really shook with intensity (like i read you do dld) until i did these. dld, i remember seeing your hands in a similar position in your vids but you said one was to keep from stretching skin. is it possible you were doing TOW's inadvertently? =)

Yes, I think you are referring to the Dual Tunica Stretch, very similar to the TOW.
 
I adapted this stretch way back when to do my rotary cranks with; it's kinda like heavy duty crankin' for yer arms as well as yer cock, both hands going at the same time.

YO! I was just going to post this exercise a couple nights ago and it slipped my mind. It is a dual rotary stretch, right? Like two hands rotating in opposite directions?
 
It's just like pedaling a bike but with yer hands & cock. I go from base to tip-tip to base, clockwise and counter. Sometimes I'll get intentionally erect and repeat the process; the harder I get the "girthier" the workout.

Yup, thats it. Most will need a long enough penis to perform this but it is a great stretch with stress point throughout the shaft.

Just grab yer cock and work it like you're on a big-ass sailboat running one o' those hand winches. Enthusiasm counts for a lot, too!
 
Its possible. Great exercise, I can even quote you the original thread back in 2003 on another Penis Enlargement forums when I posted this exercise. DLD loved it and modified it to create the dual tunica stretch, which is essentially the same exercise under another name.

Just get yourself a length master brother. That device will give you all the length gains you seek and you won't be needing a replacement for any part of the device.
