Well, I took woodielongs advice and made a name according to my goals (used to be little penis), I would love to have a huge penis while flaccid, so it can be seen and felt without even being aroused ( I actually went in the bathroom and played with myself a bit to get a semi and walked back out so maybe this girl would think I actually had a penis for once, cause she sure as hell couldnt feel it when she bumped into me on accident )


But I digress...my real question is, is it ok for me to do my routine more than once a day, as long as I feel my body will permit it? I might have answered my own question there but always feels better to ask. Like...I would like to do the testicle health stretch and massage a few times a day, because of my tight scrotum and I want to get that thing hanging fast. Would doing a workout multiple times in a day even do anything more than just the usual since theres no time to heal?
 
Yeah man. You can do stuff like the testicle health massage more than once. I'd can't see anything wrong with that. Now as for actual Penis Enlargement exercises...it's best to start slow and be cautious and attentive to your body's fatigue early on. Listen to your body...let it rest when you need it, but stay on the ball.
 
I always do Penis Enlargement twice a day and I've gained about 7/8" in a little under 3 months. I like to get a good stretch for about 15mins in the morning and a long 1 1/2 hour stretch every night and a few quick stretchs every time I go to the bathroom.
I started in mid january
Was...7 5/8-3/4"BPenis EnlargementL
Now...8 1/2-5/8"BPenis EnlargementL
my girth is still about the same 5.5"F 6.25"E
 
sounds good, I'll take both responses into consideration, Ill take it slow at first since Im only a newb, but if I feel I can, Ill try and add a smaller routine in the mornings and still do my big one at night. I find myself sneaking in a few extra stretches every now and then :), Ill just be watching TV, stand up, and start stretching lol.

My routine is...

15min tunica stretch consisting of-
6mins of straight out DLD bundle stretch hold glans and pulling back the base
Hold right rotated twist 1min then release shake, rotate left hold 1min etc.
6mins of lay down DLD bundle stretch same as above but hold at high LOT position and pulling up a three different angles (toward navel, over right hip over left hip)
3mins of (STILLWANTMORE) tunica stretch--easy to do not painful compared to the others.

roughly 45mins of lig stretch consisting of-
10mins DLD bundle blasters at three positions, down out-straight, down out-right, down out-left.
10mins of my own variation of DLD's bundle blaster where I stand up and bundle my ligs and pull down do the reverse kegel and hold well doing knee bends, I basically use some of my pull to lift me back out of the bend and it feels great(not really its kind of painful buts it gives your ligs a great workout)
10mins of basic A-stretch with a few kegels
5mins of basic V-stretch
5-10mins of Basic DLD blasters
15mins lay down lazyass stretch

after all this I'm pretty sore so I jelk for about a 200 count to get good blood flow.

I don't think this routine is for everyone but you guys could give it a try.
(I think you should be careful though it can be painful but I only go as far as comfortable, I think it could be possible to hurt your self this way.)

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ?
