I don't ball jelq or pump my balls, but it has been shown that you can increase the size of your testicles, at least temporarily, from both pumping and ball jelqing. What I do for All Day Ball Stretching is I wear a 1" leather strap ball stretcher with two Cable Clamps underneath it to give my balls about a 2" stretch all day. You have to position it right to be able to walk comfortably, but other than that, it works great. Ever since I started pumping consistently I noticed that my balls would always be floppy and slap against my thighs as I moved my legs around objects on the ground. It's a very good feeling and pumping lets your balls hang lower because you'll get some scrotum skin stretching through in the base of the pump.
