THis is me At 190

how many times do you eat a day? I eat 6 times a day week and lift 3 a week, i take weight gainer and multi-vitamin, and dont gain a pound..
 
how long have u been doin that wdis3?? when sometiing hasn't been working, u gotta change it, make sure you're eating your body weightx1.25 in grams of protein, and push yourself harder when u work out (that's usually my problem) but who want sto take advice from an 18 year old anyway...

I'm 160 lbs. but shorter than you Supra (5'8) my goal is 180 (and I hope i can grow another inch at least cause I'm short) 10 pounds of muscle is A LOT take a look at a 10 pound steak and you'll know what I'm saying

Good idea:) I should post them on the refridgerator and everytime I want to eat I can look at them for inspiration.
 
I weight about 153lbs and i am around 5'8 1/2" - 5'9".
And i eat 3 times a day, sometimes 2.
But then im not gymming or taking any kind of pills, so i guess thats why im not gaining weight, because i have a rough to become fat. But muscles, i guess is the only option for me to gain weight.
My pics are in iwant8x6's thread, thats how i look like. Kinda normal i guess, with t-shirt on it looks like i got nice chestmuscles, but the lighning doesnt show it fair.
 
How much bandwidth is this useing?
Wouldnt you be better hosting all this at a free account like GeoCities cos its gunna use alot of bandwidth, just my 2 cents.

With the new server there are no bandwidth issues, thank GOD!

Supra, you're obviously making progress with the plan that you're using...however, if you're really serious about your bodybuilding you might want to considering eating more then 3 meals per day. You should aim more for 5 or 6...take the amount of food you eat in 3 meals and break it into 5 or 6 smaller meals and you ought to see even better results then you've experienced thus far.

Well I guess you have the power to defy the laws of physiology. If you are getting more "toned, that means you are eating at or below your maintainence calorie level. To gain weight, you must add excess calories. Once you do this, the weight will come in the form of fat or muscle, depending on your activities.
