Lookin good Supra! You remind me of a kid that goes to my school that weights 250 and has like 7% body fat.. he has all the school records for lifting, its crazy, cause you look kinda like him, hes shorter though. :D


kausion 420: eat some protein as well as carbs.. ALOT, if you can't gain weight...there are some good guides at menshealth.com and probably a lot of body building sites.. :)
 
Ya I tried almost everything tryin to gain weight. That Protein weight gain powder crap and different eating routines. I only get more toned I don't gain.

wow supra really 5' 11" and 190??? im the exact same size as you but lookin at the pics i think u look much fuller than i do. i woulda guessed u to be maybe more like 205 or so.
