hey, i know this exercise was posted a while ago, but i really would love to try it. there is a part i do not get though.....

so while i did the jelq i go up to my head then I hold the pc muscle(im a newbie, is the pc muscle the base of your penis?) while im holding on to the head with one hand.

im like very confunsed about a lot of it, can you please explain it to me if you could, thank you.
 
no the PC muscle is not the base of your penis.. it's behind the ligaments, it's internal, you can't really see it.
as told many times on the forums(read DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]): kegeling is stretching your PC muscle, like when you stop the flow of urine(stop pee from coming out), not like when you want to stop farts from coming out.. that's your ass so don't get confused. lol
and a reverse kegel is best described as when you try to push the flow of urine.
