The Leaner, Meaner Stilly Dynamite

I have no idea what my BF% is or even how to test it??

I dont have an exact number on the weight either....LOL I sound like a fake Penis Enlargement'er dont I? I just know I was comfortably fitting into a size 32" waist before, and now I wear a size 28" waist. So, I've lost at least 4" off my waist.

Damn still your waist is smaller then mine! I got 32" waist, and i only weigh 143lbs. :)

Superb work sugerdaddy, slap 'em hoes from me will ya?

LOL, actually I just photoshopped away my lovehandles and added some definition with Adobe Paint. ;) Just kidding.

Good job on losing those pounds, man. ;)
BTW, didn't you use to be into bodybuilding? Or does my memory fool me...
Anyway, if you did, then what happened that made you decide to quit the lifestyle?

I worked out a lot more when I was in the military, but actually into bodybuilding, no. I still do some light exercising now like crunches and pushups a few times a week.

I was buying some Levis back in November and could fit into 33" waist jeans. I bought the 34" ones though since they fit a little better around my butt and legs. One of my goals for this year is to get to 32" waist measurment. But there's no way I'd be able to wear pants that size due to my other dimensions. I'm 5'9" and 180lbs currently

After losing a lot of weight recently, I've gone down from 32" waist to 30". About the same girth as my dick now. rofl LOL

Still, That is awesome! I'm happy for ya partner! BTW Very nice looking flaccid hang!

Your now about my size, I'm 6 foot 155 now, just a little linkyer than you! Kepp up all the good work Still!

Still, you were dead on about the drastic effect that just changing your diet can have. You can workout like a madman, but if you still eat a lot of junkfood and too many carbs it will definetly show. Many people go overboard on their protein intake too, not realizing that the human body can only process so much protein at one time. Most of the excess will in turn be stored as fat and is wasted. Congrats on your progress. I'm a vet too and am working to get back to my prime. I find that running works best for me in dropping the pounds and keeping them off. Keep on truckin'.

Ahhh... actually, most of the excess protein is simply pissed out, or if you go way overkill, converted into glucosis via glocogenesis. This process is very complicated and energy consuming for the human body, though, so chances are you are going to have a very hard time getting fat from eating protein, no matter how much you eat.

Okay, I strongly believe in the free flow of ideas here on this forum. Everybody has different opinions and this is as it should be, but Shafty I've noticed you have a tendencey to jump the gun quite often and you like to stick to your preformed opinions regardless of what facts you are presented with. When I was speaking of the average individual's excessive protein intake being stored as fat I was refering to the foods groups: i.e. grains=carbs, meat/dairy=protein. Instead of making an inquiring as to what I meant in my post for clarification, you immediately jumped the gun and responded in your typical sarcastic and condescending manner. You're entitled to your opinion but I do not appreciate your tone. I was especially unimpressed by your obvious ignorance in the whole "going vegan" thread. You are clearly an intelligent individual but you lack tact and you don't always know what you're talking about.

Steak/protein=calories. Bread/carbs= calories. That's what I was talking about. It does't matter what type of food group is in question, they all have calories. Most people, especially Americans, eat way too much food from the meat/protein group. If you can piss away all the calories from 16oz. new york strip steak I gotta meet you because you're way cool. rofl Look, I'm not trying to start an argument here in this thread. I was simply posting to let Still know he had a very valid and mostly overlooked point. I respect everyone that puts their time and ideas into this forum and I just would appreciate the same in kind. Peace.

Yes, I appreciate the complements and the reflections on my results, however let's keep this thread on topic, and not turn it into a place to argue even in a positive way over dietary issues ;) The "Health, Fitness, and Bodybuilding Forum" is for that type of debate.

Alright, fair enough. I didn't mean to sound sarcastic or condescending... I guess I just had a hard time defending my stand in the 'going vegan' thread, and anytime someone brings this topic up (anything related to how the human body treats various nutrients etc) I get riled up. You have a very valid point in that calories, no matter where they come from, do make you fat if you eat too much.

Anyway, didn't mean to start off on the wrong foot with you, since you're a new member and all. I certainly don't want to give you an impression that I'm some egoistic jerk who can't stand to hear other people's opinions. So, no hard feelings eh? ;)

All's good Shafty. My feathers get ruffled too at times. I didn't mean to hijack your thread Still. You can bitchslap me in the afterlife.

You look ten years younger.

Great to see a lean body that hasn't been overworked in the weight room.

( And that basegirth is really impressive. )

Namaste

SWM, Could you please post your old pictures for comparison? I am fairly new here and never saw the old you. Keep up the good work.

I was wondering too why the base of your penis seems to get suddenly quite larger.
