Lost a little body fat since you guys last saw full body shots of me. :O

Most people just need to change their DIET. The way the eat. I've just become more attuned to how I eat. I watch my carbohydrate intake. I drink almost nothing but water. Eat mostly clean meats. Very little bread. If I eat bread, it's wheat vs. white. Whole grain cereal. Just examples. I've also stopped snacking on simple sugars. I have a cheat day or two during the week where I'm more lax...I'll have a few mixed drinks, or eat more leaniently.
