I learned about P.E several years ago, Never applied it to my life though. Finally the Day has come. Start of a New week. Start of a new Journey for my cock. I'll be posting pictures Tomorrow. Currently I have no idea what my actual measurements are, If I were to guess I'm around 6-7 Inches in Length with 4-5 Inch In Girth. I'll be applying DLD's Phase 1 routine. In case someone here looks through and isn't familiar:
2 sets of Stretching
Behind the Cheek Stretch- Middle, Left & Right
Straight Down Stretch- Middle, Left & Right
Straight Out Stretch- Middle, Left & Right
Straight Up Stretch- Middle, Left & Right
*30 Seconds Each
Rotaries
Straight Down Rotaries
Straight Out Rotaries
Straight Up Rotaries
*25 Cranks;Clockwise and Counter-Clockwise
600 Wet Jelqs
Pc Fitness
100 1 Second Squeeze
50 5 Second Squeeze;2 Second Release
1 Squeeze for Max Time.
Testicle Health Massage
60 Seconds Both Balls in Palm
30 Seconds One ball with Fingers and Thumb *2
Stretch Penis Up while pulling Balls Down *30
Stretch Penis Down while pulling Balls Up *30
I'll be planning on doing these in this Order, If there is a better order to apply these exercises by all means Chime In!!
Last but not Least! The goal is to gain perhaps 1 Inch every 6 Months; Reasonable, Not Ridiculous So I hope
No Actual End Size Seeing as when we attain new and better things in life we always seem to want more. If I were to name measurements I would Like to reach 5-6 Inches Flaccid Length. 4-5 Inches Flaccid Girth. 9-11 Erect Length. 6-7 of Erect Girth.
