The groove of my PE

Back again after a bit of an hiatus from the forums as I've had to focus on getting my mental state in order.

Been hitting PE all the while with some nice results. I've been expanding the area of my focus yet some more and it shows like crazy!

I'm wearing Jim's almost every night when I'm at home (and even wore it every night when I was visiting a friend since I had the privacy for doing that) and my flaccid size has definitely grown. I'm also using it on the days such as this one when I'm taking a pause from the more intense workouts.

My current routine is aimed towards straightening my curve which I stupidly caused about a year ago. There is some peyronie's on my left side so I'm "punishing" it more to get rid of it. What I do is I start my morning by stretching in the bed while drinking my first cup of coffee and if I'm doing girth I also do some warm-up jelqs followed by something I call "semi SSJs" by which I mean that I'm doing it semi-erect and do it more slinky-like (don't know if there's an actual name for it, but you get my drift). After that routine I get up and either go on about my daily business (which at the moment is mostly music and PE) or do some PE work.

In bed I usually do:

- "Just a tad" of basic stretching to wake my member for some bundled ones.
- The bundled ones. The amount differs from day to day but I'd say anything from 4x30 secs to both directions with more force against the curve. I don't want to do THAT much more to either side because I have a bad habit of going overboard with that and no point in walking to the same pitfalls over and over.
- Mandingo stretches. Again the amounts differ from day to day but I'm trying to do it progressively. I haven't been doing these that long so I'm still getting more comfortable with the exercise. I do love this one!
- In the case of girth days I do the fore-mentioned warm-ups for my girth exercises. Sometimes I might go on to do a "thick Sunday" and stay in bed a while longer to do even some SSJs but usually I just get up so I get shit done.

When I'm up I do:

- Either the girth work which is pretty basic stuff - some more jelqing but with more intensity, SSJs, water-pumping and clamping. I usually limit my pumping and clamping to around a hour per day to keep the FR at a reasonable level as I'm suffering from it a bit and don't want to cause any more skin problems to piss me off at a later date. The SSJ sets go in between the pumping and I don't limit them as much as they seem to do less FR. I divide my sets through-out the day and what I found out just the other day is something that gives me crazy good expansion: I do one or two 10 minute sets of pumping and two+ about five minute SSJs sets and put a cock ring on. Then after a while take the ring off and go to get some groceries or just go outside for a walk or stuff like that to get my mind doing something else and let the possible FR to go down, come home and do two 15 minute hanging sets before doing some more pumping and SSJ sets. I did this one day last week and I was literally laughing at how well the pumping+SSJ set worked after the hanging!

- Or the length work which is any amount of mandingo stretches I feel appropriate, four 15 minute sets of hanging (currently at 2 kilograms) with bundled stretches after each hanging set and here and there. Still in the need of an extender and a Lengthmaster, but one thing at a time.

I also want to yet again thank the Brotherhood for everything you've given me over the years. I've gotten so much from here that it feels weird when I think about it. Weird and good!

Oh, and on the feedback:

I kinda needed to get my mind in the game in many aspects of my life so I don't go down a spiral leading to something I don't want my life to go into. And I felt like the Brotherhood deserves more so I buckled in and put my head into it. Of course I've been hitting PE all the way through!

I do use ace wrap for the wrapping. I start the wrap around the middle of my shaft, do a wrapping towards the glans and then go down to the base as far as I can without smushing the wrap too much as it tends to do those annoying pressure "scars" (or whatever they're called, you get them to your body from bedsheets sometimes) and might even begin to hurt when kept on longer. I also stretch the already wrapped portion so that I'm held longer in the wrap and use the rest of the bandage to hold the whole thing nice and solid.

Did that answer to you or just make it more confusing? Haha! I'm famous for my friends for being bad at explaining things in words.

I've tried to wrap myself right from the base towards the glans but somehow it's extremely difficult for me so I had to come up with something different. Then again this is at least my second method for wrapping because it too is an evolving thing, this just works the best for me right now.

A thought occurred to me yesterday evening after I went to bed and my mind was going over my last post: The timings on the stretches might be off because I don't time them at the moment. I need to start timing them again because I want to be in control of how the progression goes and I want that ebb and flow effect not just in intensity but also in the time spend doing the exercises as it seems to work for me not to have things too static in that sense.

I'm also really excited about the hanging between girth sets because I've been hitting a plateau for quite some time and I really, really, really want to get myself over it!

One thing that is still giving me problems is my frenulum because of some tightness in the skin under the glans. I was checking the forums yesterday and read about castor oil so I'm gonna buy some today and see if that helps loosen the stretch mark scarring.

Castor Oil is good. Mix with a high quality Vit E skin oil. This is a thick blend, and may be diluted with Palmer's Skin Therapy Oil, which I also highly recommend.

The stuff I use is shown here...


I had some marks and scarring, tiger stripes, etc, when I started gaining fast, especially from girth gains. This mix did wonders, and keeps my unit nice and happy.

What I can tell you from a quick look to the pictures is that from what I've heard is you shouldn't take L-arginine and lysine together because they hook up to the same receptor and kinda cancel out each other. What I would do is take the lysine in the morning from eggs and sorts and take the arginine at the evening to boost your HGH levels to increase your growth and recovery.

That said, I do use citrulline malate through out the day to boost my exercises. For me it works very well. What I usually do is I take a tiny dose of sildenafil (I'd say about 5-15 mg. I have 50 mg tablets and I cut them to desirable pieces as I go) and take a small dose of CM to boost it. It is a strong combination so I keep a close eye on the effects and adjust the doses accordingly because it can kill you because of the sudden drop or boost to your blood pressure.

!And I want to express that you should NOT try this if you don't have an understanding of your own body and how it works or if you haven't talked to your doctor about the dangers. It is a risky combination and I take the risk to test it for myself. And as far as I know it hasn't been properly tested how these things work together, but it might be that they have a cumulative effect on your blood pressure.!

Please do not do it if you don't know what you are doing!

I have to check out your shelf for some new supplements because I'm always up for trying some new stuff! I just ordered some Swedish flower pollen (ironically from the States as I live right here in Finland...) to try if I can get those sweet, sweet ropes on my woman! ... Then again I shoot my loads inside her to boost her breast growth... But she's been laughing at me about how much I come so I want to surprise her!

It takes a bit to start really working. You gotta take a few at a time at first, so a couple bottles is needed to truly see the ROPE effect.

Interesting what you mentioned regarding the lysine and arginine. I have never heard that. I have read that it's pointless to take Citruline and Arginine together, as the body converts the former to the latter.

No-go on the eggs for me. I get everything from the soil.

Hello, brothers!

I thought it was a time for a little update so here we go.

No photos this time as I have sort of a blue phase going on. In fact it's one of the reasons I'm typing this: I've been suffering from my body dysmorphia lately and been feeling incredibly small eventhough I've grown quite nicely since my last post.

Otherwise things are getting a lot smoother because I took a job as taxi driver and it has helped me mentally, and of course the money helps in many ways too.

So not much interesting things to tell, but needed to put some steam in so things keep moving. And I also kinda needed the support of my brothers in my journey.
 
Taking that cab job is perfect if you have a SiliStretcher! You can wear it all day long while you’re making money you’ll be making gains!
