Back again after a bit of an hiatus from the forums as I've had to focus on getting my mental state in order.
Been hitting PE all the while with some nice results. I've been expanding the area of my focus yet some more and it shows like crazy!
I'm wearing Jim's almost every night when I'm at home (and even wore it every night when I was visiting a friend since I had the privacy for doing that) and my flaccid size has definitely grown. I'm also using it on the days such as this one when I'm taking a pause from the more intense workouts.
My current routine is aimed towards straightening my curve which I stupidly caused about a year ago. There is some peyronie's on my left side so I'm "punishing" it more to get rid of it. What I do is I start my morning by stretching in the bed while drinking my first cup of coffee and if I'm doing girth I also do some warm-up jelqs followed by something I call "semi SSJs" by which I mean that I'm doing it semi-erect and do it more slinky-like (don't know if there's an actual name for it, but you get my drift). After that routine I get up and either go on about my daily business (which at the moment is mostly music and PE) or do some PE work.
In bed I usually do:
- "Just a tad" of basic stretching to wake my member for some bundled ones.
- The bundled ones. The amount differs from day to day but I'd say anything from 4x30 secs to both directions with more force against the curve. I don't want to do THAT much more to either side because I have a bad habit of going overboard with that and no point in walking to the same pitfalls over and over.
- Mandingo stretches. Again the amounts differ from day to day but I'm trying to do it progressively. I haven't been doing these that long so I'm still getting more comfortable with the exercise. I do love this one!
- In the case of girth days I do the fore-mentioned warm-ups for my girth exercises. Sometimes I might go on to do a "thick Sunday" and stay in bed a while longer to do even some SSJs but usually I just get up so I get shit done.
When I'm up I do:
- Either the girth work which is pretty basic stuff - some more jelqing but with more intensity, SSJs, water-pumping and clamping. I usually limit my pumping and clamping to around a hour per day to keep the FR at a reasonable level as I'm suffering from it a bit and don't want to cause any more skin problems to piss me off at a later date. The SSJ sets go in between the pumping and I don't limit them as much as they seem to do less FR. I divide my sets through-out the day and what I found out just the other day is something that gives me crazy good expansion: I do one or two 10 minute sets of pumping and two+ about five minute SSJs sets and put a cock ring on. Then after a while take the ring off and go to get some groceries or just go outside for a walk or stuff like that to get my mind doing something else and let the possible FR to go down, come home and do two 15 minute hanging sets before doing some more pumping and SSJ sets. I did this one day last week and I was literally laughing at how well the pumping+SSJ set worked after the hanging!
- Or the length work which is any amount of mandingo stretches I feel appropriate, four 15 minute sets of hanging (currently at 2 kilograms) with bundled stretches after each hanging set and here and there. Still in the need of an extender and a Lengthmaster, but one thing at a time.
I also want to yet again thank the Brotherhood for everything you've given me over the years. I've gotten so much from here that it feels weird when I think about it. Weird and good!
