I've received a lot of emails asking me "what are the best exercises for length and/or girth?" Well, I'm going to give you my opinions based on several years of observation and also, based on the anatomy of the penis.
LENGTH
In manual stretches, nothing beats the "Tension Stretch". Why? The penis is anchored to the pubic bone by several ligaments as seen here: Fig. 1156.
In order to stretch these ligaments, it's necessary to perform a stretch that taxes all of the ligaments involved. By "rotating" the stretched penis, you are stretching all of the ligaments.
"Superior to hanging?" Manual stretching (especially the "Tension Stretch") is superior to hanging for these reasons:
- It doesn't cut off circulation
- You can perform very intense stretches in short bursts- NOTE- You COULD do this with hanging by holding the weight and letting it hang, but (usually) the force that you can apply with your hands will be greater than any weight that you could comfortably hang.
- You can stretch at different angles more easily - NOTE- you can hang at different angles too, but again, the tension will be less than adequate.
GIRTH
Everyone's favorite seems to be the Jelq, As a beginner's exercise, it's great, but for ADVANCED Penis Enlargement, I believe Jelq to be highly overrated.
IMHO, the BEST exercise by a LONG SHOT is "The Squeeze". Many people, after jelqing for months... doing SEVERAL hundred repetitions a day, report an even more intense feeling by doing the squeeze for a few DOZEN repetitions... meaning less time and more productivity with your Penis Enlargement sessions
The squeeze will expand the corpus and corpora (the spongy tissues of the penis) AND will stretch the tunica (the tough elastic encasing of the penis).
One thing that I'd like to note is a distinction between the ULI and the squeeze. The Uli involves the use of one hand squeezing the base. The squeeze involves the use of BOTH hands, one at each end, with the attempt of trying to bring your hands together while squeezing the penis.
