Greetings everybody, just wanted to stop in and say thanks to all of you here for the technical inspiration and advice posted in these forums that has allowed me to make such amazing gains. Within 6 weeks I've gained an inch in length, and although my girth measurements have fluctuated, I know I've gained enough that I now have a hard time fitting into my girlfriend.

I actually have been recovering from a knee injury and in the absence of being able to train in martial arts as I usually do, I devoted the same amount of time and energy to Penis Enlargement, and have made definite, solid gains, and on the weekend it was the first time my knee had recovered to the point where it allowed my girlfriend and I to have sex in 6 weeks, and I almost had to grab a shoehorn to get inside her!

Hey guys, I started off with a fairly extensive background in physical training, and the things that I brought to the Penis Enlargement table from that were:

1. Tailoring activity to individual biomechanics is important
2. The comfort zone will not allow progress
3. For growth, intervals work better than continuation
4. Intensity is key
5. Rest is when growth actually happens
6. Always warm up

So to make a long story short, right from the start I pushed the pace. Not to the point of risk of injury, but to constantly stay at the edge of the comfort zone. So even during the initial conditioning phase I kept pushing the intensity of stretches, and duration etc.

I started off with 5 minute warmups (heating bag), into 30 second stretches. In the beginning the stretches were very basic; I added duration on the stretches for the first couple of weeks, then new stretches, then new stretches plus duration over the weeks. I'd like to add that I fortunately have a resilient, flexible penis, and this pace might not work for everyone. That's where tailoring to biomechanics comes into play. My stretches now last about 10 minutes.

After the warm up and stretching, I went directly to the static stretcher. Starting with an hour or two per day, I then increased intensity to the edge of my envelope of tolerance over the weeks, and continue to do so.

I stretch at high intensity for an hour, then break for girth work. In the beginning that consisted of jelqing, but I found little growth until I experimented and pushed until I discovered the Horse440 here. That targeted my biomechanics amazingly well, and that is the foundation of my girth workout. I now stretch 3 hours per day, with girth intervals in between.

After, I lightly stretch and warm down, and have recently started using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], to see if it will help cement girth gains.

Sorry for the long post, but I'd like to stress the importance of not exceeding your envelope. I'm a lifetime martial artist and athlete, and have a clear understanding of my physical tolerances, which has allowed me to push my envelope without breaking it. I don't think my routine would necessarily work for everybody, but I think the principles can be applied to any physical activity. Experiment, adapt, refine. Hope it helps guys, Penis Enlargement is for real, and it may be years before it is accepted, but we are witnessing the beginning of a revolution!
