Okay guys.
I just finished reading the TGC Theory.. and it got me thinking.

Im at this point 20 cm BPFSL (7.9 Inches)
And 18.5 cm BPenis EnlargementL (7.3 inches)

The TGC theory suggests that if the BPFSL is above ½ inches I should do 60% Girth work.
Now - I have never really done any other girth work than 300 jelqs a day.
And maybe thats why I have never seen any EL gains.

So I was thinking - would it be enough for me just to add 300 more jelqs to the routine?
Or which other girth exercises should I do?

Also they talk about EQ - my EQ is probably about 7 when im just sitting at home watching adult entertainment.
But is a 8-9 when im out fucking girls. Which one of them is the correct "measure"?

Yeah - but I read about it on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] :)
Someone just linked the more detailed version.

I copied and pasted it into PDF from the link you have on here. Shows how much attention it received if I cant remember it than, not that's a bad thing. I quickly looked over it and the guys are really technical at that forums, really cool and impressive how they go into detail. I love that, the science but my honest feeling is that this type of thing like with the LOT theory is just going to place hurdles in guys minds and prevent them from gaining further, due to them playing around with loose theories. No offence to the person/s thinking into the theory.

Dont place all your eggs in one basket. Keep going up in progression with your workouts and intensity, than with each growth spurt and larger size take additional time off to rest and grow. In time and with patience new growth comes regardless of LOT theories and probably this one as-well.

Yeah I thought of it to.
Cause what if its just a load of BS? Then you would be "wasting" your time on girth routines when you want LENGTH (like me)

Could you please link the LOT theory?

I see the tugback at about 9:00 - 10:00.
This means that I should focus on downward stretching?

According to LOT theory yes but I would include a complete stretching routine that includes all angles just in case LOT is not correct.

Yeah - But I thought of:

3 sets of the newbie stretching where 1 set is bundled.
Then add 25 DLD blasters and 3x10 Footlong stretches.
And then of course do the 600 jelqs a day too.
