i think i have the same Problem .
I was cut 2 weeks ago and i noticed that i have lost my sensebility of glans.I haev a point of top of my glans with the old feelings but the aother feel rather nothing.Its dificult to describe i will post some pictures later(when my parents are go to bed.).
