i dont think it is a good idea to do surgury.

they dont make the actual penis any longer, just move the ligaments....if there was a surgery that increased the length of the shaft it would be a whole different story, but since so such thing exists i belive manual stretching or hanging is your best bet to lengthen the actual penis

As I said, many men are addicted to the "quick fix" mentality. This is very prominent in the USA where the pop a pill and be good mentality is ever present. Surgery is the ultimate reflection of this line of thought.
