thanks guys, i will try to build one close to the ones suggested by dld. I builded one, very simple, using a soch and a shoelance but my penis is getting cold and and discoloured in about 7m... its better to stop i think,although some coldness is normal when hanging right?

Build one that I posted, they are safe and effective. Tying a shoelace around the penis will cause thrombosis and pain, it is simply too restrictive. The foot print of a hanger needs to be wide enough to disperse all tissue evenly, too much intensity at one point will cause issues, some serious. Take you time and build your hanger. Or go with Stillwantmore's hanger he sells, it is inexpensive and one of the best hangers out there.
