We're all premium :) but agreed on exercising the whole body. I'm currently even trying to strengthen my shins like the people in Thailand so I can get harder bones

I recommend kicking hard objects! Trees, lamp-posts, soccer goals. Go boligni, will hurt at first but your shins will be thick like a rhino's

Haha I'm not at that level man. I got to get an object and hit my shins lightly every day til i progress into harder hitting.

Only thing I've ever really lost was some flaccid length due to turtling more when I had to stop PE for 2-3 weeks last winter. Took about a week to get it all back again. I was worried about EL, but it was still essentially the same during that time.

Good for you. I lost my EL a few times. Always just a little, like 0.25 or so, but its frustrating as hell.

But my coach told me that it can develop shin cancer, so I took it down a notch. These thai guys who do it a lot are known to get cancer in their shins. That's what I heard at least.

I don't know about the cancer part. But it all depends on how much calcium you consume. Before you drink lots of milk or eat cheese or whatever, do your research on your foods because I've heard many times that milk is bad for the bones. I haven't dug deep enough to understand which side is correct but you know how the news is. One thing is bad for you one day and then the next day it's bad.

This is why it is best to stick with a good diet and exercise routine, fuck fads, stick with the basics, that is what I am doing and I have already seen an extra .5" of dick! Another 20 pounds and I will be .25" difference between BP as NBP! I can't wait!

Really? I thought it took way too long but you know what, I am proud of myself too. Another 20 and I am really good. I am just happy to see so much more penis, for a while I was looking pretty small with that huge fat pad. Looking better everyday and soon I will post pictures from where I was 5 months ago and where I will be when I drop the full weight.

I got out of the Hospital in April so it has been 6 months. I am at around 205 now, I was 220 when I left Hospital. I still have another 20 pounds to go but it feels good to see more dick, have my clothes be too loose and using new holes on my belt. It is inspiring once you start seeing changes.

Ahh. Still 15 lbs in 6 months isnt bad. You should be losing 1lb or 2 lb a week if you're extreme but its good you took your time with it.

My Brother I am used to dropping 100 pounds in 6-8 weeks! That is what Mania does when someone becomes Manic. The thing is I no longer get Manic so I have to lose weight the way most people do, work at it! I feel good about where I am and I am in no rush, when it happens I will thank God.

Yeah but that's not a normal process. Dropping that much in such little time can affect your body in a depressive state and weakness because of all the things you release. Your body will have trouble adapting so quickly to those changes. How was was your experience using Manic? Was it a good experience, bad or neutral?
