I made this a blog entry a while back, but I doubt many men actually saw this. The subject of hand strength and better girth workouts. Think about it. If you are a girth trainer, you need a strong grip. Especially with exercises like the ''Uli'' squeeze and ''horse'' squeezes which require a strong squeeze and for it to be held for 30 seconds or longer with a tight grip. The leading cause of low intensity with these exercises is of course muscle fatigue in the hands, or just a weak grip in general. Even a man who ''thinks'' he is strong because he has a big bench or a strong dead-lift often has a WEAK GRIP. This is proven in the gym when you see the ''big guys'' using lifting straps to assist them in their workouts when their grip fatigues. How do you remedy this? Simple! Get stronger hands!
''How do I get stronger hands?'' You might ask. One very effective way is to directly TRAIN for grip strength. This can be done very easily and very inexpensively. Even if you are ''busy'' or not into lifting weights. I have no affiliation with the following product or company which sells it by the way. Behold, the ''Captains' Of Crush'' grippers. These are not your mommas $4 grippers which are cheaply made and offer no real resistance. THESE are quality, (and affordable btw), well made, calibrated grippers which come in several resistance increments. For someone who has never seriously (or at all) trained their grip I recommend starting with the ''Sport'' model which offers 80lbs of resistance. That means, it takes a total of 80lbs to completely CLOSE the gripper handles together. Similar to quality strength training at the gym, you want to be doing slow, focused quality reps with these grippers. Working toward closing the handles completely together.
I personally started with the ''No. 1'' model which offers 140lbs of resistance because I had quite a bit of lifting and grip training experience already. EVEN SO, I could barely close this thing ONCE when I first got it.
How to train with these? Simple, start with using it once a day. If you cannot close your gripper at all when you get it, work toward closing it once, then twice and so on. The goal being to add a rep every day. Once you get to where you can do 5-8 reps at a time, you are starting to get somewhere. You should also be able to develop a routine of sorts to further progress. I don't think the average Penis Enlargement guy would need to go much higher than the ''No. 1'' or 1.5. If you so desire later on, go for it. Nothing says MAN like a strong grip
Again, with THESE grippers (unlike the cheese ball type) the idea is not to use these to knock out 50 reps in a row to show off. Chances are you never will anyway. The idea is to use them as an effective grip strengthener which will carry over directly to other benefits in real life not just Penis Enlargement. Stronger hands for example are much less likely to suffer debilitation in later years.
