The choice of me doing a summer length quest has to go with seeing no erect length gains as of yet in my Penis Enlargement career. Couple that with above average starting girth that seems to increase consistently with simply doing wet jelqs, I have decided to spend 4 solid months on stretching only.

I've been at it for two weeks, have seen gains already (see sig), and would like to just throw an idea around out there. I read one of DLD's older posts about intensity and stretching and have since taken those ideas to my stretching routine. I do as much stretching per day as I feel I can handle, and it usually is somewhere between 15-25 minutes of INTENSE stretching...between 90-100% of max pulling strength for the alotted time. A 15 minute stretching session is usually 25 minutes when you add in helicopter shakes and grip issues along with baby powder.

Anyways, on to the real matter at hand. Pulling strength. Just how hard do I have to pull? I'm a bodybuilder, and I'm pretty strong, I would say much stronger than the average Penis Enlargement guy. I can therefore apply more force to my ligs when I stretch. But is that good? Is it possible I can injure my ligaments from pulling too hard? Today was the first time I felt lig pops, or I believe that's what they were. They weren't huge pops, just weak little ones that I heard and felt, and they happened two times during my session. I think if I pulled any harder I'd pull my dick right out of my socket. I'm sweating by the end of my session and my ligs are spent. Is this good? Is there a point where you can pull to hard and injure yourself? Any comments about stretching in general are welcome. Thanks.
 
Ive wondered about this too a couple times, but never asked about it. Do stronger guys have an advantage when stretching? My guess would be yes, stronger guys will be able to pull harder and therefore probably stretch better. And about your concerns of pulling too hard- I dont think that you really have to worry about this (unless you're colosus you're not gonna rip your dick off or anything). Just keep in mind what everyone else does when they are stretching- If you feel any kind of sharp pain stop.

There is a blurred area between injury and max-gain intensity, this grey area is quite broad and intensity can be pushed to a optimum level that produces the fastest gains. I am quite strong too and the intensity I use is extreme but this took some time to find the "blurred" area, slowly, progressive and safely and made my way to this level and the gains flowed.
