DLD's post about the reverse blasters made me think of a stretch that i've been doing for a long time. I think it is very similar but this stretch is focused on sideways stretching. Rather than exlain the steps i'll just leave a sequence of pictures so you can see(i hope).
When in the final position, its all just a matter of rotating the wrist. This stretch should work for anyone regardless of length and BE CAREFUL, it is very easy to exert a lot of power!
