Stretch names and explanations

I cant find a post with all the stretches named and explained so im asking on here,

basically every exercise has its own thread you have to do some reading. there is also the paysite for member which shows many exercises and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] also. You can also read other men's routines for ideas on different exercises...

You can also do a simple search for the word STRETCH in the title and 100's of different stretches will come up.
