And staying involved with the forum. Daily visits to the forum keep you on your game and brings inspiration. A progress log is good too as we can hold you accountable when you are not updating, we can swoop in and help.

That is vital. Brothers who stray from the forum most likely will stray from their training.

I strayed due to an inability to train. Hard to sit on the sidelines and watch :o

I believe in forgiving all people as God has forgive me!
 
I always tell people to avoid taking off days. It maked one feel lazy to resume training. I've fallen off my routine many times in the past due to taking off days. Now I avoid them completely.
