so I have started doing only clamping for girth, doing every other day and doing 3 sets of 8 minutes. any clamping vets out there who have advice for me if this sounds good/bad ?
any comment appreciated
 
Totally biased but I have greatly enjoyed edging with a cock ring. It's extremely similar if the ring is right. Plus you aren't cutting off your blood supply as much and you can work up to exercises like jelqs or bends.

Is that 3 consecutive reps or are you splitting it up throughout the day. Because with that I'd say warm up with a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] earlier in the day and do a ten minute rep. Then another rep midway through the day. Then at night one last rep with a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] warm down.

I'd also consider getting a highly adjustable ring to use throughout the day when you aren't doing any pe. Maybe building up to two reps per interval. Don't know about your time frame but I would definitely expect a higher gain rate with what I am suggesting.

If things feel painful, pinching or strange in any way STOP and check yourself to be sure there are no clots. Practice a good warm up and down to aid in healing also. Any time we find a more advanced technique it always requires practice and mastery before going full out.
 
well then i back that advice now...lol do clamping only...
and the clot i had was from incorrect wrapping and not the jelqs with ring ...:)

That is why I want to do some testing, to find what is safe and what is not. I will run clamping experiments, cock ring experiments and utilizing both in equipment experiments. Since I have never done these thing I have a good clear mind to give some good reviews.

its not like i am telling you to COMPLETELY block the blood circulation ...but causing some restriction from blood to flow out and the extra blood in there is used to jelq....
when you jelq normally there is expansion....
when i wear cockring or cause restriction for blood...the penis becomes the normal jelq size
when i jelq NOW their is greater pressure on walls...as the extra blood cause more pressuer..THIS IS THE ONLY difference i feel.....only more expansion that it....

now there maybe some negative effects if DLD is saying there are....im sure they will come out from him experimenting it....

I don't know, it's good to try new things though, but I'd rather stick to the standard jelqing, I just love to be on safe side always, especially when my penis is about...

Jelqing is not enough to bring the gains you seek. You need to combine jelqing with SSJ and pumping.
