Someone critique my routine please

My routine now:

Stretches 3 Sets:
  • Up
  • Down
  • Rotary cranks
  • Left
  • Right
  • Rotary cranks
  • Straight
  • Bundles
  • Behind the cheeks

Hanging 2 sets:
  • Hang weight for 20 minutes then rest and restore blood for 10 minutes


Girth:
  • Jelqing 15 minutes
  • Erect squeeze 12 minutes, 30 second rest every 1 minute
  • Erect bends up down left right 30 seconds (3 rounds)
  • Uli 10 minutes

I had frgotten those rotary cranks yeah they are great,you have a quite interesting routine..would be great to let us know how is your going..

I didn't buy anything yet. I checked out the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] in comparison to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] is cheaper and comes with more [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words]. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] is 199 for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] which is my size but the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] is 197 with 3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words]...so...yeah

Both are great choices, it really depends on preference, some like the multi-gaiter system while others like the closed unit. I personally prefer the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] but I have always used [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] from the start. I tried the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] System and it was awesome but I still prefer the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words].

What are these "hardcore stretches"?

Ive them a shot, be sure to remove the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]comfort pad[/words] and take it slow at first and build up in intensity.

I'm still waiting to finish this routine but i've been slacking because of what happened. I don't have a pump yet and I don't think I'll buy one soon because I have other finances to handle

Yeah i have a relatively small girth 4.75" and I want to be at least 5.5 or at max 6" is my dream with 8.5" in length haha
