I'm working on a small PE project, which involves a lot of stats(from past workouts) to create as much information as possible for my self, but also those who read it. It sounds a little strange right now, but it will make sense when its done. I'll be done by June 1st. Think of if as an advanced Progress log.
Anyway the project involves trying different basic(and notorious) PE exercises, just to get the Experience of what to do and what to try(personal trial and error).
The last routine was a 2-split of Girth and Length days:
Length days:
- 5 min Warm-up
- 1 X Expressive stretches (All angles, just like from the DLD's first routine)
- 1 X Bundled stretches (Up,Right and Left)
- 1 X Expressive stretches (All angles, just like from the DLD's first routine)
- 1 X Bundled stretches (Out,Right and Left)
- 1 X Expressive stretches (All angles, just like from the DLD's first routine)
- 1 X Bundled stretches (Behind the cheek,Right and Left)
- 1 X 5 min warm-down or hot shower
ALL stretches are 1 min pr. stretch!
As for girth days:
- 5 min warm-up
- 25 minutes Jelqing
- 5 min warn-down or hot shower
So that has been my previous routine, now i'm stepping into the Mandingo stretch for length days and adding the Horse 440's (squeezes) for girth.
My routine is now:

- 1 X Mandingo stretch (Both sides)
- 1 X Expressive stretches (All angles, just like from the DLD's first routine)

- 1 X Mandingo stretch (Both sides)
- 1 X 5 min warm-down or hot shower
Again, ALL stretches are 1 min pr. stretch!
As for girth days:
- 5-10 min warm-up
- 5 minutes Jelqing
