The stretching is really good and i am sure that i will get gains from it but the jelqing, not so much.So will it be ok if i continue with phase one bit insted of jelqing i do the isolated copression squeezes? couse i really feel my penis expanding with it
 
If something works for you; do it.
If something doesn't work for you; don't abandon it wholesale. Return to it from time to time as your knowledge and experience base grows. You just might find something that was once "useless" has now become productive.

In this case what exercise do you recommend to do during the first phase besides jelq couse i don't fell anything from jelqing and i can't get it to stay semi-erect?

As I said, Slow Squash Jelqs are the most powerful exercise available.
