My gains seemed to really be coming in slow and the ruler has done a great job of discouraging me lately. Some days I honestly feel like quitting Penis Enlargement and just giving up.

Every morning when I'll look in the mirror before a shower and catch myself...swearing it looked bigger yesterday...or wondering if I'm gaining at all. Today I got really bummed out about my lack of gains BUT remembered that when I first started Penis Enlargement I kept a journal of my true starting stats.

Turns out I gained 1/2" BPenis EnlargementL and roughly .25" NBPenis EnlargementL (not sure why there's such a discrepancy since my fatpad should be decreasing from all of my exercise).

My point? If you're getting demotivated about your gains, try keeping a journal of your progress to refer to when you're down. The fact that I gained anything at all in these 3 months really helped me feel better and reinforced my belief in myself and Penis Enlargement.

Not only that but I've got a community of great people fighting the same battle. The best - hands down - on the net.

The most important tool in your Penis Enlargement is your Penis Enlargement journal. Before you do your first rep of anything, you should have some of your goals logged into the journal. You will make notes on each workout day outlining the exercises done, reps, intensity, and any other pertinent information like pain felt, erectile condition, etc.) The more you put into your log, the better your feedback system will be.

Length- To measure the length of your penis in the erect state properly, simply take a tape measure and press the end as far back as it will go against your pubic bone on top of your penis (some men prefer to measure from the bottom, but results will be more accurate with measuring from the top.)

Run the tape along the curve of your penis all the way to the end of the glans. Record measurement. Measure every 2 weeks.

Within the first few months, you will progress rapidly. As with all forms of exercise, progress will start to taper somewhat after this. To keep progressing as stated before, you must keep increasing the intensity of the exercises.

For recording purposes, measuring while the penis is erect is the best way of recording progress. Although you will notice a dramatic increase in the size of your penis while it's unerect, unerect lengths vary too much to be an accurate method of gauging progress.

Girth- With your penis fully erect, wrap the measuring tape around your penis directly behind the glans. Record your girth progress as you do your length progress.

With your stop and starts, Note how long it takes for you to ejaculate the first time you try this. Try to aim at improving your [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] by at least 3 minutes every time.

When you have reached 25-30 minutes without ejaculating, premature ejaculation should no longer be a problem.
