Sitting or Standing (no, i don't mean when pissing...)

I have two questions:

#1. How's my routine?
&
#2. Should I stand or sit for stretches, jelq, and kegels?

#1. I do the basic [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], with very slight adjustments.

Run a bath, nice and hot.
Sit in it for 10-15 min.
Do all manual stretches in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for 45 sec. each, while standing.
Warm wap for 3-5 min.
Do 300 2 sec. jelqs with good lube, standing, pause every 100 to re-lube.
Get back in warm bath.
Do 100 quick kegels, while sitting in bath.
Do as many as possible 5 sec. kegels, usually increase by ten each time.

So does that sound alright? I'm not just wasting my time?

#2. Am i standing and sitting at the right times, or does it even make a difference?

I appreciate all input.

I'm not a expert but your routine sounds good. I sometimes sit when I jelq,but the majority of the time I stand. I don't think theirs a big difference,just as long as you kegal when you jelq. I like standing and jelqing,because I move a lot more blood pressure in the glads when I do.But then again it could be from a good kegel.

I just feel more comfortable jelqing and doing all forms of p.e in a standing position.

What I say Is not written in stone, you might want to wait for some veterans to answer this. Since I only have been for around 3 months. I'm still wet behind the ears.
 
sounds good. what kind of kegel to jelq ratio are you doing? kegel with every jelq? every half jelq? i didn't realize this was a good idea...
 
Between 2-10 jelqs,I aim to force as much blood as i can into the head. I'll do as many kegels along with the jelqs as I can. The more you pratice kegels, the more you can do while them jelqing. Some times I don't get a good enough flex and the jelq isn't as strong,it's from fatigue.

Also if you want you could make a rice sock and use that for your warmups.

All you do is take a clean sock ( with no holes ) fill it with some rice 1/2-1 cup.
Throw it in the microwave for about 30-45 secounds for about 5-10 minutes,reheating the sock if needed.
 
P.S
let the sock warm down for a minute or take the sock and pat it back in forth in your hands before you put it on your member. Just as a precautionary measure so you don't burn your dick.

oh yeah, and which direction do i jelq? my dick naturally points about 45 deg. downward from my body when hard, so do i jelq in that direction, or straight out? towards my toes? chin?
 
Ok, sounds good. I would love to get some professional pe guru input, and also would like to know how long to do the newb routine before I move on, and what I should move on to?
 
one thing i have done is when sitting in the bath . sit with your knees up to your chin take your hand around the outside of your leg get a good grip and then pull with your hands and push out with your leg either left leg or right then you can also do a good straight out stretch use both hands around your legs and push out. (you can change the angle of the pull by either leaning back or forward) i do this and the behind the butt pulls and have been getting some good gains.
 
Routine is good, but i would do the jelqing a bit slower. Try to take the jelq stroke out to a full 5 seconds. Quality over quanity works the best.
 
slower? sounds like a plan, and makes sense i guess. i'll move from a 2-3 sec. to a 3-4, then maybe a 4-5 sec. thank you, your input is appreciated.
