You should lighten up a bit and take a couple rest days during the week. I also clamp and pump but I work out everyday but Wed and Sun. I do 10 min sets of each, for a total of 1 hour. 1 clamp set, 1 pump set, short rest, repeat. I get great expansion and can have sex whenever I like, even right after a workout (which my wife loves, HUGE girth!). My advice would be to take it easy. Sounds like you are overdoing it.
