Greetings old and new. I'll preface this by saying if i knew now back when i originally began Penis Enlargement and most any other physical activity i would be in an entire different place currently. that being said i wouldnt be able to pass along what i have uncovered in my own Penis Enlargement journey to the community. I write this in the hope that it helps at least one person in their journey, if it does than it has fulfilled its purpose.

I adhere to the KISS philosophy nowadays so i wont go into grand detail and ill keep it short and to the point. The majority of people involved in Penis Enlargement stop before they make serious long term gains because results do not appear for them and for others it comes quickly. Rightfully so we get discouraged, and think it doesn't work for us, then move on. This is where we are wrong. To those who have passed on knowledge of how they gained, it may not have made sense to those who didnt, and then confusion and boredom set in, and then they leave the journey.

So how does my continuing journey fit into this equation. A few months ago while reading some good old fashioned strong man material i stumbled across "Muscle Control" by Maxick.(do yourself a favor and look it up and get a copy) After reading it i began to apply the philosphies into my strength regimen but also into Penis Enlargement. The key element that set it off for me is to "coax" your muscles into cooperation, not force them. Most of us pull the hell out of our dicks and tug/yank to get what we feel to be a good workout, in reality the vast majority of us are applying entirely too much pressure and the penis is reacting in a very different way than we want it to, it actually fights us rather than works with us to achieve our goal. So i read a few old forum posts, by millionman and a few others on the principles of progressive stretching and light but forceful work, it all ties in with muscle control, they found their way to get their body to cooperate and go to the next level safely and continuously by being in control of the area of their body and applying the proper amount of force to make gains happen. Some would say making your dick feel "spongy" or more pliable than usual.

Applying this with stretching i also applied it with my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] by using nothing more than progressive weights which i attached when the current weight was not getting enough stretch and there was ample room for moving up. With the light weight of just 3lbs (i was hanging 20 at my peak with my bib), i was able to achieve the same length in stretching from hanging and hold it for a longer period of time due to the nature of the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] device.

After a few weeks of some good length work at this i then added back in some erect work for girth and length. My current routine is a "how do you feel that day" routine which consists or a variation of the following

1. SWM, jelq technique via the problem with the jelq thread
2. Dry supra slammers
3. Dry/Wet jelqs
4. Mild clamping(i leave 1 click from a full clamping session lock so i can maximize blood flow from kegels.

With all of them i use mild to minimial outward pulling, i focus on the expansion and keeping the pressure towards the back of me grip, i found this to maximize the stretch and expansion so much that the amount of force needed to produce a good workout is a fraction of what i was using.

There is more and please ask if anyone is interested but i have gone from my peak Penis Enlargement of stretching a BFSL of 8.75 to now 9.25 and an EL from 7.75 to 8.25 and EG from 5.75 to 6.25 in the last 3 months. Slow and steadily the gains keep coming, just stick with it and listen to how your body reacts to the work youre putting into it and it will become what you want it to be.
