hey fellas! great to see y'all still hanging around. the only constant in life is not change.. it's pe! @LONGERDICK7+ is right almost on point. on some days with evol eq i might pass 8". my girth was 5.8" the last time i measured. will grab my ruler soon and take some pictures. currently i'm sore as fuck, i really did some intense stretching sessions over the weekend. i just love the grip shown below. you can hold this stretch for ages and from my feeling this is the most powerful manual stretch. i never did hanging in my life, but this is how i think hanging feels like haha. happy easter folks!

Yep that was accurate.great gains would be useful if you share your routines n what exercises helped you out the most..
thanks mate! you can find my routine here. that's what i did for most of my time doing pe. i just changed to bundled stretches only and doing some girth work on top with my cock ring on. a variation of squeezes with mild force. plus i reduced my amount of kegels and doing more reverse kegels instead.

just wanted to share that i comfortably unlocked the eight floor in january. in the past months i was pretty obsessed with my training and had hourlong stretching sessions. the time to beat is now 4h25min haha. especially the mandingo variation shown above did wonders for me. i remember kingsnake had awesome results from straight up tunica hanging whilst laying on his back. it just feels like the mandingo stretch does the same. if you still haven't done yet, you should give it a try. move slowly into the stretch, breathe deep into your lower belly and you will feel the release of inner penis in your pelvic floor.

i bought myself an electric pump a few weeks ago. it has some training modes and one of them is an interval where it pumps up to 30-40 kpa and then releases the pressure before the cycle starts over again. this should completely prevent edema but we will see. i'm currently testing a routine where i start pulling away the pump from my body as soon as the kpa reaches 10. to be honest i invented this out of necessity because if i don't pull it away from my body my dick is too big and blocks the little holes at the top that release the air. that pulling motion feels beneficial so i'll give it a try. i'm doing this for 10min and afterwards i put on my cockring and follow it up by 10mins of isolated compression squeezes. doing this superset 3 times a day.

thank you @orgasmic19, i appreciate it! it's hardly earned over the span of 10+ years doing on/off pe. i restarted in 2011 after my groin surgery at something like 6.8" length and round about 5.0" girth. i'm close to 8.2" length and 6.1" girth right now. before this operation in 2010 my dick was a mess for years because the doctors just couldn't find my problem with common diagnostic procedures. only a specialized clinic in munich was able to help me with a imaging procedure called dynamic ultrasound. well, here i am 14 years later. never surrender!

i know angles and light are not the same, but you should see the difference.
