somewhat shocked about how far i've come in just 10 days. dick feels completely different already. started weight training this week and eating about 2500kcal, we'll see if that is enough for gaining already. i'm at 67kg (been down to 60 just months ago) atm and it should be enough for lean gains. weighing scale will tell in time :}

breakfast (260kcal)
500g apples
2g citrullin before workout
sipping on 300ml water with 1/2 lemon and 1 heaped tablespoon honey while training. (steve reeves workout drink, rest in peace hercules!)

lunch smoothie bowl (798kcal)
1 heaped teaspoon maca
1 level teaspoon curcuma
15g coconut meat
50g flaxseeds (selfgrinded)
100g apple
100g mixed berries
250g spinach (frozen or fresh)
300g ripe bananas (with dark spots)

dinner (1586kcal)
50g soaked almonds
80g falafel browned with a teaspoon coconut oil
250g white rice
333g broccoli
some bbq or salsa sauce

= 2644kcal (75g protein, 66g fats, 395 carbs)

that's what i eat every single day. here in germany fundable with about 30 bucks a week.

I need to get the weight scale to know my current weight. My fat pad has increased recently and now my penis looks shorter than before.

ps: has anyone ever tried the herb horny goat weed? i've read it does the same things as sildenafil without any side effects.

I've heard about it too but I have never tried it.
 
the snake is growing. eq is back at round about 80% lately. gained some bpel length already, but not that much to freak out. for me personally feeling and what i see is much more important than what i measure. always was, ever will be. same story as with bodybuilding. fuck the weight scale, just look into the mirror. when i'd go balls deep i'm easily at 8 inches. i'm pretty obsessed with this pe thing right now. this must have been the way dld felt back in the days when he was doing the newbie routine multiple times a day. will post some pics of the stretches i do tomorrow. cheers folks!

The obsession will help you get to your goal. Are you aiming for 9 inches now?

good morning from germany fella, time to start stretching :'D i'm aiming for as much as possible, no real goal for me. just doing my homework and then i will see where i'll be in a few months and how far i'll come by doing this with discipline. in the past i've always done pe on/off and mostly stopped after a few weeks/months. had my wife for 12yrs, she was happy with my dick and yeah. therefore i didn't have the obesession i have nowadays. been a honest man all my life, resisted all sexual temptations during these years for the sake of loyalty and got ripped apart in the end. biggest motivation you can get out there. belief systems radically changed and now i'm looking forward to be the hung guy outfilling women's sex dreams, married or not, i couldn't care less. so maybe there's a kingsnake-like-thread in the making, although i'll probaby won't reach his size ;}
 
I don't envy kingsnakes penis length. I will not exceed the 9 inches bone press mark, but my girth will surely get to 7 inches mid shaft.
 
upped my calories by 500, plain rice and selfmade applesauce. 68kg (+1kg) right now with good definition. dat brad pitt fight club body :'D

I have 50cent kind of body but my fat pad is my major problem.
 
back on track! not a big difference when comparing the new erect picture with my latest one in this thread. still not satisfied with my current eq, but i'm pretty sure the wood will be back someday. flaccid hang feels good after my sessions. love my "above the thigh" and "down the leg" stretches, they just feel to be of value. started taking 2g citrullin and a heaped teaspoon of maca powder on a daily basis again, but that could take some time before the benefits hitting in. was a bit lazy with the weight training this week, but that's okay. dickgains first, bodygains second ;}

back again in the brotherhood! long story short: had a colitis flare-up in 2020 that lasted for 9 months, went down to 116lbs. didn't touch my dick in over a year and as i finally did a few months ago i noticed a problem. a part of my foreskin has grown together with the edge of my glands right next to the frenulum (which is too short anyways due various cuts over the years). still able to put my foreskin back in flaccid state, but nearly impossible with a boner. will post pics later and need some advice from the master of disaster @DLD :'D

ps: started pe again, the journey continues. hope i'm able to stick to it for once in my life.

so here we go, flaccid pullback. you can see the "white strip" next to the frenulum. it's like the foreskin overlapped and grew together just to make it tighter and fuck me up :'D on the second picture you can even see that there is an opening on both sides. i could theoretically stick a small needle from one side to the other, so there is space in between. and yeah you can also see my ridiculously short frenulum. it was short from birth, but it constantly got shorter after i cut it multiple times during sex. is there a way to fix both things without surgery? stretching? creams? or just torn it like DLD once did? :'D

welcome back my brother I love when one of my brothers coming back for the family it brings me great joy. Yes I do have advice to correct this. When flaccid take your thumb and forefinger of both hands reaching deep into your foreskin and stretching the opening of the foreskin. Skin is extremely easy to stretch so if you continue to do this within a month or two you will not have that issue at all. And if at that point you’re still feeling a pullback of some kind you may want to look into frenulum time. But in my opinion you only need to stretch the skin. So stretch the skin when you’re flaccid but as it stretches start to stretch the skin the same way when you’re erect. I hope that helps and if you have any other questions please just ask
