Regular work out interfere with PE?

Time wise maybe, or if you're doing some kinda really intense killer-ass workout that leaves you with no energy or strength whatsoever. But if you're puttin' in a workout you can directly walk away from and not wake up sore as hell the next day then whatever workout you do shouldn't adversely effect your Penis Enlargement gains; but may, in fact, help you with greater gains.
 
Penis Enlargement, just like training, should be kept in it's own time frame. Train hard for the alloted time and when you are done, you are done. Weight training will benefit your Penis Enlargement routine in many ways. The same chemicals that work at repair from weight training will help heal your Penis Enlargement growth. Blood flow is also increased when weight training which will also greatly effect your girth work in a positive way.
 
Anything that promotes good health is good for Penis Enlargement. Working out improves circulation and that always aids Penis Enlargement.
 
I would like to say otherwise but I have been working out fairly hard and wood shop has been way down. In fact so much so I had to stop P.E exercises. And this was after what I would term remarkable gains out of the gate....
I have dropped 16-18 lbs but still have 30-35 to go I have been on a calorie restricted diet and while I do not feel I have been overdoing it, the mind is willing but the body is having a hard time keeping up. What a difference 10 years makes. Getting older sucks. But its also been cold and miserable and no sunlight, and I am solar powered ! If your body is competing for resources your tool will let you know. At least that is the sorry state of my health. I am sure things will bounce back when I ease off the diet, do some calorie cycling, get some sun and have some miles behind me.
 
working out also helps because as you build strength, you can grip and pull harder when you do your stretches. i got my first lig pop from straight out pulling after working out. before i wasn't able to pull hard enough to get that
 
Actually I combine the two when I can. I will use a vacuum pump and leave it on for 10 - 15 mins whilst I do so weights, then jelq - repeat - allows me to save some time. Privacy is an issue so I can really only do this when my family are out.
