3 days ago I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and for the first time I got red spots. Most of them disappeared now but I still have one that is a little bit bigger than the others. What should I do to make it disappear ? Can I do Penis Enlargement while I still have it ?

Listen, I've been having some red spots as well and it is after an intense girth session or maybe a light one before which I did not warm up. They are temporary and I believe that if you deep heat massage it and wait some more time- it will disappear and you won't have to experiment medicine on your dick 
Well, my advice is to do deep heat massage (have hot water falling on your dick and do deep massage with your fingers) 2 times a day for good 5 minute sessions and overall avoid doing Penis Enlargement. If you want to Penis Enlargement- I think it would be best to just throw in some mid to low intensity jelqs and your red spot should be gone in 2-3 days I think (4-5 if you still do Penis Enlargement, but lightly).
