I have been PM'ing a vet around here about my issues with Penis Enlargement lately but want advice from all. My EQ is on a major low and gains came to a stop. I use to Penis Enlargement daily anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, some days even more. I would edge on top of this so add that time in as well.

Now he told me go with a 4 on,2 off routine. If my name doesnt give it away, you all might know Im in search of girth gains. I think have overworked with the clamping. But I still want to do it but cut back a little. Is behind the balls clamping bad cause it gives me great expansion but sometimes that shit hurts and I have to unclamp it? I have never done less or off days in a routine so this is a toughy for me to make.

Things that I want to improve on:
-Flacid hang
-Overall size
-Stronger PC muscles


With a 4 on,2 off can anyone offer advice or even make me a routine ?:(.

Even though I want girth, Gains are ALL equal in my mind so if you want me to do more length work than girth I wouldnt mind at all.

my major problem is wanting to do more once I start a session. I really dont know how to break this cycle. Even after i fatigue my penis I always keep going.
 
I'm of the opinion that rest days are very important for girth gains. I'd try a 2 day on 1 off routine for a month and see how it works for you.

When you go too far as you seem to be where you are fatigued with low EQ well that's a clue.

I just restarted my girth routine after a year and a half of no girth work and I get fatigued but the next morning I feel like I can punch holes in the wall with it so I know I'm not overworking it.
 
Check the stickied routines in the routines section, those are some of the hottest threads that the most dedicated gainers have wrote so I'm sure you can manage to find something amongst it.

The newbie section, again stickied are threads my myself and DLDs newbie plan you can use. I'm doing 1 on 1 off at the moment and often also switching when need be because of excess fatigue to 1 on 2 off.

Keep intensity as high as you can and by this I mean when you do girth, engorge the penis thicker than it was lastime and when your doing length, stretch it the most you can while keeping good form and keep working on this.

PC work, funny you mention this because I'm going to write a PC routine in a few weeks time but I would suggest you try the RESIFLEX.

Hey DLD will keep you all updated for shore. I will make shore I hit kegels and length work really hard now. I got a bodybuilding show(my 1st one) and my nerves are hard to shake off cause I know my flaccid hang will bother me alot with being damn near naked.

I will do the bananas boy stretch/kegel routine and add in more if I fell the need to. I really think I need days off I just think I push too far so many times that Im paying for it now. and now I will cut back, get more intense with it and try to go daily and if that not working then cut some days out.

I know I was having weak erections and Penis Enlargement(the bad kind) so I think my problem is mainly weak PC muscle than from Penis Enlargement work.

My advice would be to focus on rest for awhile, then solely on [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work to bring up your EQ. Once that's taken care of, resume an abbreviated Penis Enlargement routine and focus on intensity instead of volume. A lot of guys get caught up in doing marathon routines, and besides not offering more in the way of gains, in the long term it's usually an EQ killer.
 
That what Im on currently. I see good stuff coming from that. I liked it since the first day I tried it and I will stick with it for awhile until I fell I have repaired the damage I have done with my overtraining. Thanks for advice
