I have been PM'ing a vet around here about my issues with Penis Enlargement lately but want advice from all. My EQ is on a major low and gains came to a stop. I use to Penis Enlargement daily anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, some days even more. I would edge on top of this so add that time in as well.
Now he told me go with a 4 on,2 off routine. If my name doesnt give it away, you all might know Im in search of girth gains. I think have overworked with the clamping. But I still want to do it but cut back a little. Is behind the balls clamping bad cause it gives me great expansion but sometimes that shit hurts and I have to unclamp it? I have never done less or off days in a routine so this is a toughy for me to make.
Things that I want to improve on:
-Flacid hang
-Overall size
-Stronger PC muscles
With a 4 on,2 off can anyone offer advice or even make me a routine ?

Even though I want girth, Gains are ALL equal in my mind so if you want me to do more length work than girth I wouldnt mind at all.
