Well, I finally decided to make a little routine/progress log to keep track of all the things I do.
This isn't ONLY Penis Enlargement related, I'm gonna put my running/weight lifting info in here too. Any suggestions would be great guys!
M-F I get up at 4:45 am, and go run. I only run about 1/4 - 1/2 mile so far, I just started running last week.
M, W, F - I lift weights after work, at approximately 4:15.
3x8 Flat bench
3x8 Squat
3x10 Behind the neck shoulder press
3x10 Bent over rows
3x10 Barbell curl
3x10 Tricep press
Now, onto my Penis Enlargement routine. I do this M-F (miss an occasional day here and there.)
I start out with a few minute hot wrap or hot pad, depending on my mood I guess.
I do various stretches for a few minutes, normally :
3x15s Straight out, straight down, left down, left right, bout 15 rotations.
I then hang for 2 sets, about 10 min each using the Captn's Wench at 7.5 lbs.
Slap on some adult entertainment, and get to jelqin. I do about 100 wet jelqs, do a Supra Slammer, do 100 more, do another Supra Slammer, then I clamp off and do some clamping squeezes/bends for about 10-15 minutes. I finish out with another 100 or so jelqs, sometimes more if I feel crazy.
