Well, I finally decided to make a little routine/progress log to keep track of all the things I do.

This isn't ONLY Penis Enlargement related, I'm gonna put my running/weight lifting info in here too. Any suggestions would be great guys!

M-F I get up at 4:45 am, and go run. I only run about 1/4 - 1/2 mile so far, I just started running last week.

M, W, F - I lift weights after work, at approximately 4:15.

3x8 Flat bench
3x8 Squat
3x10 Behind the neck shoulder press
3x10 Bent over rows
3x10 Barbell curl
3x10 Tricep press

Now, onto my Penis Enlargement routine. I do this M-F (miss an occasional day here and there.)

I start out with a few minute hot wrap or hot pad, depending on my mood I guess.

I do various stretches for a few minutes, normally :

3x15s Straight out, straight down, left down, left right, bout 15 rotations.

I then hang for 2 sets, about 10 min each using the Captn's Wench at 7.5 lbs.

Slap on some adult entertainment, and get to jelqin. I do about 100 wet jelqs, do a Supra Slammer, do 100 more, do another Supra Slammer, then I clamp off and do some clamping squeezes/bends for about 10-15 minutes. I finish out with another 100 or so jelqs, sometimes more if I feel crazy.

Had a real good week this week, except for today, I skipped my workout due to just bein exhausted from a shitty week at work.

I had a pretty intense/solid week of Penis Enlargement, and I think the weekend will do my cock good.

Didnt run every day like I wanted to due to weather / oversleeping.

I gotta quit doin that, but I think for my first week of keeping track of shit, I did ok.

It's all about consistency and sticking to a daily routine. I stopped my daily routine when I went to Florida and I still am fucked up with doing it. Missing a day happens just don't be a DLD and let it become permanent.
 
Just wanted to update that I finished my second week of keeping track and I did really good. Didn't miss a workout either body, or penis. I didn't run this week tho...was too busy/tired etc.

As for the Penis Enlargement tho, I had a good week, I feel nice and full and worked out.

Next week I might start doing some ADC for about an hour after the work out. Anyone with any thoughts/ideas on that, let me know!

Whoa, its been a while since I updated here, but I been doin pretty good with my Penis Enlargement during the weeks. I miss on average 1 day out of the 5, but I'm workin on changing that.

I upped my hanging weight to 10 lbs and usually do 3 sets of 20 Monday - Friday.

I also started doing those clamped/unclamped slow squash jelqs with my girth work. I mainly do those and jelqs now.

Expect pics and a stat update sometime this coming week or next weekend, not sure yet.
 
You seem like you are on the right track already......listen to the guys here. They have helped me out countless times.

If you are into the jelqs already, try what I did---increase jelqs weekly. I feel it has helped me tremendously and everyone had encouraged me to do so.

Ok so I been slackin off the past couple weeks and I am going to completely start over for the new year as one of my resolutions. I feel I have definitly gained something from my past couple months of sporadic Penis Enlargement but I am gonna go balls to the wall no fuckin around from now on out.

It's pretty much gonna be a M-F thing, 3-4 sets of 20 min hanging starting with 12.5, and finishing the rest with 10lbs (shit gets sore). I'll do 2 sets straight down and two at like a 11 oclock type angle.

Wet jelq for about 20 mins, roughly 300 or so jelqs. More if I feel like it.
Then I'll do 2 or 3 clamping sessions depending on my erection quality. Probably only like 10 min each session but with clamped jelqing, bends, squeezes, and of course, the slow squash jelqs.

I gotta keep more on top of this shit now.

No Penis Enlargement yesterday (Monday) had a MASSIVE headache and was basically havin some kinda head problem due to my Paxil I do believe...

Had a good day today however, spent at least 1 hour hanging with 12.5 at first then down to 10 cuz I got sore. Did a few manual stretches in between the hanging sets. Girth went good as well, started out with 350 wet jelqs, and then did some clamping for about 15-20 min. Mainly just clamped off and moved shit around a bit, but I did some clamped jelqs and a few squeezes/bends.
 
Just finished my Penis Enlargement for the night...did pretty much same as yesterday, but maybe a tad bit less intense.

2 sets of 20 with 12.5 then one set of like 15 with 10 (was gettin sore).

350 wet jelqs, and roughly 20 min of clamping with jelqs, squeezes, and some of them slow squashes.

Fluid buildup was very minimal, less than yesterdays. I actually like when I get fluid buildup, makes me feel like I got a better workout. One thing I did notice is that yesterday and today I had absolutly no problem with getting/keeping an erection for Penis Enlargement. I always watch adult entertainment while I do it, but I usually take cialis like 2 times a week to help out, havn't used it at all this week and have been havin great erections. Kick ass ! :)
