Hi all I wonder if there are some quick routines to do on those days while you can't get any real privacy?
On my regular days I try to follow this:
am workout:
Newbie stretch routine
4-6 x 1 hour wrapped with 1 minute stretching straight out, 25 rotary cranks and 30 seconds behind the cheeks.
Pm workout
15-20 minutes jelq

But what can I do on those days when I cant have any privacy? Today and tomorrow will be those kind of days?
I could probably get some girth work in before sleep tough.
Should I just try to stretch for 1-2 minutes every bathroom break and atleast hope I wont lose anything on these 2 days?
