Nothing. I've been around this stuff since 1999. Never seen any conclusive feedback showing 'warm down' was a critical step. Similar to wearing a cock ring after a girth session. I have never done it and gained girth just fine. Do what you like though. Some men find comfort mentally in doing additional steps whether they provide additional benefit, or not.
In a way I agree with STILLWANTMORE2, but I also know that skipping your warmdown can slightly hender your post workout healing. I skipped a warmdown and I have done a warmdown and I find that after a warmdown erections are stronger and easier to get while your erection might be hard without a warmdown, it might lose some a good amount of hardness and maybe size do to lack of circulation to new areas of the penis. Take the extra time for the warmdown because would you rather go to the gym and then go about your day or would you feel and heal better from the gym after a hot shower?lol
Another question,
Im reading some things in this forum about injures when stretching, what are those injures that i can get from using too much force when stretching?

There are very few injuries that I have ever experienced in the Brotherhood. With stretching, if done improperly, you can strain a ligament. This is rare but when it happens it hurts and will last for about 2 weeks. This usually happens due to jerky, fast and intense stretching. Stretching should be smooth and without jerking. Thrombosis is another injury you hear about, this is a injury caused by doing intense girth work. It usually happens when someone stays under constriction for too long. You will see it with men who clamp mainly. Other than that there is really nothing to worry on.
Do be patient when you're sending private chats to one another. Most brothers don't use the chat function. They prefer to post inside the general forum instead:
Matters of Size Forum where men discuss about penile or penis Enlargement, Peyronie's issues, men's sexual health, and the Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory (SRT and 5x5x3)
