I'm going to start my phase two. I haven't gained anything from phase one but I did do it for longer than it had stated. Can I jerk off/masturbate while I'm on my phase two? Is it allowed or will it bring negative results? Please give me good advice on this.
 
Do you mean right after or during to keep an erection? If you want to blow your load afterward I wouldn't see a problem with it. You want to stay expanded to the limit and even beyond your normal erect state girth wise so I'd say blowing your load while doing the exercises or in between sets or something isn't going to help.

It seems like you're asking whether or not you should ever jerk off and/or ejaculate while on Phase II. I'd say it's fine, but just don't do it every day otherwise you'll tire yourself out and won't be able to perform the required exercises geared toward expanding your tissues.

Are you saying that if you have sex allot and/or jerk off allot, that your penis will be too tired to do certain exercises? becasue me and my GF have sex at least once every day, and when im trying to do girth exercises I cant keep my cock at a high erection level for very long, unless I jerk off a little but then I end up geting too into the jerking off and I squirt lol. I could if I had my GF help me keep it hard but then I'd just end up haveing sex and that would be the end of that girth session.

It's going to be different for everyone. It depends also pretty heavily on how often you want to work the girth portion in your sessions. With all girth exercises you'll want to keep maximum engorgement and I think if you blow your load between sets or afterward you'll lose out on the post pump so to speak that you'd have had if you just let it alone. Sex....have as much as you want. Most guys here are doing this to get bigger and feel better about their bodies. If you're getting some and/or have a girlfriend/wife/lover more power to you.
 
I reckon that you shouldn't jack off after exercises just to be on the safe side. All that effort you put into Penis Enlargement shouldn't be wasted just to pleasure yourself for a few minutes. After Penis Enlargement, your dick is exhausted and needs to start repairing, jacking off don't expand the tissues so why make it even more tired for no reason? Let it repair for the gains, not for your bashing-off session.

I am more concerned with the fact you are not gaining with Phase 1 than if you can jerk-off or not. What is your routine like? What schedule, intensity, how often, etc? I would rather you start gaining on 1 before progressing to 2.

I did the phase one as instructed. My intensity was pretty fair and I did not overexercise nor underexercise. I heard that you gained two inches on phase one. Maybe I was doing something wrong.
 
Make sure you are using plenty of heat before you do the stretches and jelqs. Make sure you include BTC and finish off with more heat. I also recommend applying some warm olive oil to your unit after a session, I seem to get a nice flacid hang if I do this so it must be doing some good - I will look into this some more.

Another thing you should get used to is trying to stop your dick from shrivelling up during the day, if it does this then it will heal in a smaller state - try to tug on it for about 20 seconds everytime you piss. (drink lots of water too, this helps to keep your flacid hang big and stops you from "turtling").
