Im pretty much confused. Can somebody help me out and tell me something about the different products. What about your gains? Did you get any new gains since the last month or better, did you finally measure?
 
It's very easy to take on and off, regardless of where you are. It doesn't require any special tools or anything like that to put on or take off. I used that auto-ads for a time, but I couldn't really get it to stay on while I was at work. I have a very active job, but I can say that the vac-extender stays in place without worry. I'm not really sure what to say about gains, but I know that in conjunction with a good length routine this well support those efforts and you will gain overall.

There's no wrapping involved. I'm not sure about getting wood in an upward setup. I usually wear it for 2-3 hours before taking a break.
