So, if you wanted your dick to hang lower in a flaccid state, or possibly a semierect state, say, a lower exit point on your body, you would work DOWN, say, a hanger at 6 o'clock, but if you wanted more length, and wanted to pull more of the inner penis out of your body, you would work UP?
Or, if length was your primary goal in the end, work down first to stretch the ligs, and directly after going down, work up to pull the inner penis out more while the ligs are more stretched/malleable.
Does this sounds like a feasible idea?
