Everybody says when you stretch, you should grab just under the head. Well for me, when i grab under the head, i grip skin and it rolls over. It doesn't make any difference if i just grab the head itself does it? i don't wanna pull too hard and rip it off one day rofl
 
Well, here's a bit I wrote in another thread, might help:

One technique that works for me for stretching is start as close to the base as possible and perform one set of stretches there, then move towards the head about an inch or so-one finger width for me- and then continue on until I've reached the head.

To maintain a good grip I'll kegel blood into my penis until the volume from my grip point to the head is almost at a full erection level, gripping tightly to prevent outflow, this "bulbous end" acts as a damn good anchor. It also isolates the vast majority of the stretch into the tunica & septum- away from the skin.

ooo that sounds like a good idea. i think i'll try it tomorrow when i do my length workout. what kind of gains have you seen from them?
 
Well...first I'm gonna cop a guilty plea to being a really lazy and inconsistent "Penis Enlargement'er", and I rarely measure at all. Having said that, though, I'll say that with my actual dedicated girth work, I've probably gained 1.25"-1.5" in both length and girth.

When I finally did decide to measure, after about a year or so of on & off Penis Enlargement, I could get about 7 inches length on a good, hard, full erection day and a reliable and not difficult at all 6 inch girth.

With that size, I've "bottomed out" on my Ol' Lady many a time, which she didn't really enjoy all that much...but the girth...oh yeah, she really got off on the girth. Luckily, with the stretching method I described girth gains come rather easily; after a stretching session; girth work, ain't actually much work.

One of the best things I've discovered about this method is that, not only do you practice stretching from just about any angle you can think of, but you also train for girth in the same 360 degree environment.
If I was a more consistent Penis Enlargement guy I know damn well I'd have hit the ol' 8x6 a while ago...maybe more.

P.S. This takes a little practice and dedication, but when you get the hang of it it seems like the most natural way to stretch. At least to me.

i think i might give it a shot. i'm already at 7" length. for me, 6" in girth is all that truly matters. an extra inch in length would be nice for the visual, but it's not important. that said, i'm going to see if i can get it right tonight. it sounds kinda tricky
 
I also find that having a decent amount of blood in the head is a good way to anchor and stretch. This is probably good for girth gains, but I find if Im stretching too hard with my head too full, it can result in some slight pain and red spots.
My humble advice would be, if your head is not used to this pressure, then dont stretch too hard. As always, listen to your body. :)
 
There is nothing wrong with wrapping a bit before stretching.
