First of all I'll tell u what routine I do 4 the first 1 week I did a 5 min warmup then 30 secs stretch in each direction twice and 300 jelks daily. Over the last 3 weeks I have done my 5 min warm up then the same stretching but upped it 2 650 jelks so firstly I wanted 2 ask how is that 4 a regime? 2ndly I have foreskin is it better 2 pull that back whilst doin the exercises? I also wanted 2 know if it is normal 2 have swelling simular 2 what u get when using a cock pump is this a good sign? I also wanted 2 know how long before I see significant gains I am larger flaccid now but do u tend 2 see gains in spurts or very gradual u say on your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] that gains can be seen mostly between 4-12 weeks realistical how much could I see as I have yet 2 see erect length gains but my mid shaft girth has increased slightly. Last of all I just wanted 2 say that I really appresiate your dedication 2 this free forum and it gives me the motivation 2 progress not only 4 1 month but for 6-9-12 months if thats what it takes 2 reach my goal of 11 inchesx 7.5. Are you doing the full Phase 1 stretching routine? Could you be a bit more descriptive here?

Pulling the foreskin back is really preference, I have no foreskin but if I did I would retract it for stretching or you may only be stretching skin. Swelling or a pump is a good sign as far as girth goes.

Lets get your routine a bit more clear and we can make sure you are doing everything properly. Flaccid gains come before erect ones. Check your flaccid, stretched, bone-pressed length. This is the best way to chart your gains. Erect gains are soon to follow.

Hello Double long Daddy thanks for ure response well i will tell u in detail what regimeI do. As your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] says I warm up 4 5 mins with a hot wrap then I start 2 stretch this involves a down ward stretch 4 30 secs then up then left and then Right then I do 30 chopper motion stretches and repeat 3 times in totall equaling 7.5 min in total then I move on to the jelks which I do 650 of at 2 seconds each (I prefer the reverse okay grip with my palm facing away is that okay or notr as effective???) then I will do a 5 min warm down this rigime takes aroung 40-50 min in total. As I have said I am relitivley new as I have only done amonth's worth. My flaccid lenght is now4.25 length and was 4.00 my flacidd girth has improved from 5 inches -5.2 may erect length has now increased it still remains 7.5" but my girth has improved from 6.25 base-6.5 mid shaft has gone from 5.75-6 and roung my helmet was 5.5 now is 5.75. I was woundering how ure gains came about? was it girth first then length or not?? I think with this regime I will see legth improvements inthe next month as I am putting in the time 45min 7 days a week I don't miss any days as u don't I feel if I keep doing it each day in will come more of a routine and I will not forget. thanks again double long daddy u's the man.
