Ive been doing PE for some years, but never consistantly. Now i am back to it and doing great , feeling great .
I always got this feeling that my penis can take a lot of beating. Somehow my penis perfoms better and take more stressful PE. Probably because when i started some years ago i did not follow shit routines like JP 90s etc etc... I devised my own routines and took days off when i felt negative vibes. Now i can do erect works, bundles etc etc and not get negative PIs. IMO the road to growth is when you put tremendous stress to your penis and let it heal overnight. I do not take days off, but during the week i take olgive myself one light day compared to the rest of the week. Its just my opinion about my own body and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone as everyone has thier own unique body and threshold.
