pumping question

We will see! Ya'll are selling it to me hard, I find it hard to believe I can get much of a better expansion than I already am. But I will trust yall.

Damn my EQ is through the roof, today I was sitting down warming up for the pump and I was able to raise my dick straight up and hold it solid. Shit you can only do when you are 15 and just hit puberty.

What is the secret formula for doing shit like you are 15 again because I need some of that, especially at my age

Pumping was originally created to bring harder erections so it makes perfect sense that this is happening. Another thing to add during pumping is Kegels as these will increase Eq even more.

I started doing this recently. The method I am using may not be anything new but I am pumping until I get a seal good enough to do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches. After I get that, I will allow the tube to hang in the downward position and then do kegels trying to lift the tube. I do as many of these as I can during the set or until I can't do any more. I will do these for the first 2 sets and use the 3rd set for the stretches

The more the better. When I was really active I would do Kegels the entire day, just squeeze after squeeze.

No. If I'm lazy I pump once a week to keep my gains. Long ago I had a break and noticed how I lost my girth but kept most of my lenght. The good thing is that when you are back with PE routine the gains are quicky reclaimed :)

Well, it takas only 5-10 min. light pumping once per week to maintain the size. But of course, those who do static pumping with high vacuum and "gain" lenght and girth are unable to maintain their gains, since it's mostly fluid. Pulse pumping that mimics natural expansion provides long lasting - maybe permanent - results. Supplementing with stretching and kegels is the winning combo :cool:

Perhaps Juhox can provide the timeframe. The amount of time it took him to achieve the gains vs the amount of time it took him to loose them.

Pumping gains are permanent so once you gain that size you can't reverse it. The only time gains are lost in length or girth is when they are not cemented yet. If these uncemented gains are lost they return almost immediately upon starting again. Gains can take anywhere from 30 days to 3 months to become permanent.

How do you know when they have been cemented?

We could ask BSA to stop pumping for a month or two and see what happens.

When you have taken a 48 hour break and measure these gains are permanent, temporary gains would be lost over 48 hours.
 
The longest break I've had in the three years I've been practicing PE has been 7 days, but 2 or 3 times per month I'll have a 3-day break...there was no appreciable loss that I could tell and as a side-note, I always seem to be able to reach my personal best within the cylinder following these mini-breaks...so go figure

hey guys I have a question on pumping with water, which is better low pressure or high, I would assume low to medium.

You have to pump at a pressure that your body can tolerate. You need a pump that has a gauge. As you progress in pumping, you will eventually pump at high pressure but your pumping sessions cannot start at high pressure. It takes progress even as a veteran in pumping.

Exactly! Progressive pumping is the key, allowing the body to adjust and adopts. Never be a brave young gun and break your penis right out the gate. That's being overzealous.

The first 30 days of pumping is mainly for low pressure pumping. It is from the second month that I recommend 5hg to 6hg.

You can even play the dynamic pressure load between -4inHg to -6inHg in the first month. BUT yes, limit the pressure zone between -4inHg to -5inHg in the first month, and slowly, EVER SLOWLY, creep upwards after the period of expansion adoption by the glans. The rest of the penile shaft will be alright. The terminus, the glans, will take on the burnt of the internal blood pressure.

I need to post a few Dos and Don'ts, with major warnings about pressures. I believe our brother SIM and veteran brothers created aricles about this, on top of the compilation under 5x5x3 instruction. Once I have more time, I'll provide a medical and scientific supportive article on the safety of pumping. I have yet to encounter a detailed article about this from any of the communities.
