it's been about 6-8 weeks since I posted my Pokey's Variation Slammers. Have any members been doing them consistently and if so have you been experiancing girth gains? I'm excited about this exercise and I hope it can make on to the mainstage of Penis Enlargement.

The "pokey variation slammers" are nothing more than a supra slammer, there the same with ur name in it.

they are done in a different manner however. Read the exercise, many of the Penis Enlargement'ers that have gained a lot agree it's similar to a supra slammer but still different. That's why they are called variation slammers. I'm not trying to steal spot light supra slammers are great but I like these too.

In answer to your question, no an inch in gains is not meritable. Its real sure, and I'm happy that you've enjoyed success, but how long have you been in the game Pokey? All of 4-5 months? Look at you already naming exercises after yourself, and yes you are stealing the spotlight from Supra who actually took some ingenuity in developing his exercise. The reason is simply because you are calling them...."Pokey variation Slammers". In the first six months of Penis Enlargement you could be gaining from virtually any kind of Penis Enlargement, therefore I'm not discrediting anything because it didn't have credit in the first place.
The zeal and awesome attitude your feeling right now, yeah EVERYONE goes through it. You are no different. You haven't experienced year long plateaus, injuries, conflicts, and the like, therefore "inventing a new exercise" and I use that phrase lightly, means nothing, because your not at a place yet where you can distinguish a good exercise from a great one. Then to hype it up without reason is nothing short of arrogant and self-promoting.
I was pretty positive about having you around Pokey, and did not agree with your banning as I knew nothing of why it happened, but when I saw "TRY THE NEW POKEY VARIATION SLAMMER" in bright red letters, well everyone has their limit I suppose.
