I think this is pretty simple.

I'd say total it's an hour and a half to two hours. And you can always break up stretching/jelqing into two parts so you only need an hour for each routine a day. Hell just start doing piss pulls 30 seconds of stretching everytime you go to the bathroom, even at work.

My wife hasn't a clue. She thinks it has to do with my advanced age--that men grow bigger dicks when they get older. She doesn't know it's usually the opposite. So far I'm off the hook.
